MansionBet signs up to sponsor World Pool Masters
Online sportsbook brand MansionBet has agreed a deal to become title sponsor of this year’s 25th anniversary edition of the World Pool Masters.
The MansionBet World Pool Masters XXV will take place from March 2-4 at the Victoria Stadium in Gibraltar.
A number of former champions will return for the special edition of the event to compete in a 16-man field for a top prize of $20,000 (€16,300), including Earl Strickland, Francisco Bustamante and Ralf Souquet.
“We are always looking at platforms for brand promotion, and as a Gibraltar-based company, the location combined with the international exposure of this popular event, made our title sponsorship of the World Pool Masters a natural fit,” Mansion chief executive Karel Manasco said.
Barry Hearn, chairman of tournament organiser Matchroom Sport, added: “With live TV coverage on Sky Sports and over 100 other countries across the globe, I know we are in for an exciting weekend of world-class sporting action in Gibraltar.”
