PartyPoker continues backing of pool’s Mosconi Cup

PartyPoker has extended its sponsorship of professional pool tournament the Mosconi Cup until 2020.
The tournament will continue to be known as the PartyPoker Mosconi Cup.
The event pits a team of top European professionals against players from the US.
This year’s contest will take place at Alexandra Palace in London, England, from December 4-7.
“We are delighted to be sponsoring the Mosconi Cup for the next three years,” PartyPoker managing director Tom Waters said.
“It’s a great event that is enjoyed by thousands of fans and spectators who can look forward to a number of PartyPoker offers in the coming months.”
Barry Hearn, chairman of event organiser Matchroom Sport, added: “Matchroom Sport and PartyPoker have a long-standing relationship working together across a number of major sporting events and I’m delighted that we have extended that partnership.”
