888 hands non-executive director role to de Kerckhove

888 has appointed Anne de Kerckhove, formerly of Inspired Gaming Group, as a non-executive director

888 has appointed Anne de Kerckhove, formerly of Inspired Gaming Group, as a non-executive director.

Due to begin her new role with immediate effect, de Kerckhove will serve on the 888 Remuneration Committee, Nominations Committee, Audit Committee and Gaming Compliance Committee.

de Kerckhove is currently chief executive of Iron, a startup studio that specialises in digital subscription.

Earlier in her career, de Kerckhove was chief operating officer and international managing director at Inspired, as well as managing director EMEA for Videology and global director of Reed Elsevier.

de Kerckhove is also an angel investor and holds board positions with 7digital, WeMoms and Snowite.

888 chairman Brian Mattingley said: “We are delighted to welcome Anne to the 888 board; I am confident that her skill set and broad experience will be of considerable benefit to 888 as we continue to grow and develop as a global leader in online gaming.”
