Global Daily Fantasy Sports has appointed Paul Dever as its new chief financial officer.

Dever joins the company having most recently served as vice-president finance for the online B2B businesses at Amaya Gaming, now The Stars Group.

Earlier in his career, Dever also spent time with a number of other international companies, such as CryptoLogic and Juniper Networks.

“I would also like to personally thank Harvey on behalf of the company for his financial stewardship up to this point and wish him well in his future endeavours.”

Speaking about his new role, Dever added: “Global has a very exciting product in an industry with tremendous opportunity.

“I’m looking forward to contributing to the future success of company and working with Darcy again, and the experienced team he has assembled.”
