Leadership reshuffle sees Square in the Air name new C-suite team

Having joined Square in the Air in 2007, Cleminson will be supported in his promotion to CEO by Ollie Drew, who becomes chief operating officer and Robin Hutchison as chief commercial officer.

Drew joined Square in the Air in 2009, and became a director of the business in 2016. Additionally, Hutchison becomes chief commercial officer after more than 12 years with the company.

They take on the new roles as founder Bill Esdaile moves up to the role of chairman.

Esdaile believes the time is right to step into a new position and has full confidence that the trio of leadership appointments will continue to steer the company in the right direction.

“I’ve been extremely lucky to have had the loyalty and support of Ben, Ollie and Robin for over 40 years between them,” Esdaile commented.

“I’m so grateful for their hard work and dedication and I look forward to Square in the Air continuing to blossom.”
