Ex-Aspire Global and Bragg exec joins igaming platform amid staff expansion
Canaki has more than 17 years of experience in B2B and B2C sectors. Most recently, she held the role of vice-president of customer success at Aspire Global. Prior to this, she was the CEO and managing director of Masterpiece Gaming.
She also spent eight years at Bragg Gaming, working in positions such as head of turnkey solutions and director of business unit igaming platform and services.
The platform supplier said the hire was the latest move in its senior management restructuring plan. The company is currently undergoing a wider expansion into new igaming verticals and geographies, moving outside its core platform solution.
The firm recently launched a white label front-end casino and sportsbook offering in Latin America.
In her new role Canaki will be tasked with delivering new services including the firm’s existing and new partners. She will also work on the development and release of new iGP products, including its Crypto Casino offering.
iGP making “headway” in the market
Canaki said that she is looking forward to contributing to iGP’s future growth and success in her new role.
“I am thrilled to join iGP as the new deputy CEO,” she said. “I eagerly anticipate working with our talented team to drive innovation and unlock the full potential of our products, while exploring opportunities to enter new markets for our fantastic clients.
“I have always been determined to contribute towards growth in all my previous roles in the igaming industry and it excites me when a company begins to make headway in the market as iGP are currently doing,” she added.
Giovanni Paticchio, chief executive of iGP, added that Canaki’s expertise will benefit iGP’s ongoing expansion.
“We are absolutely delighted to welcome Jovana to the team here at iGP,” Paticchio said. “With her magnificent depth of experience in the igaming industry, her expertise will be incredibly valued by us and this is a very important addition to assist with the next stage of our expansion.”
