In his new position Laidlaw will work alongside FSB’s IT and technical teams, led by CTO Sam Lawrence.

He will help the supplier develop and execute its growth strategy, which includes further expansion across a number of international markets, and into the US.

Laidlaw said he was delighted to have been invited to work alongside Lawrence to shape FSB’s technology strategy.

“It’s clear to me that FSB has a big year coming up in 2021 and I’m looking forward to playing a part in it.”

Laidlaw is an industry veteran, and spent seven years as CTO for GVC. He previously had stints at PartyGaming – which has since been acquired by the operator now known as Entain – and poker network Ongame.

“Keith is another great addition to our ever-increasing pool of talent at FSB. His knowledge and experience of IT and technology within the gambling sector is immense,” FSB chief executive Dave McDowell said.
