RakeTech confirms senior appointments

Gaming affiliate RakeTech Group has announced that Anna Nilsson is to become its new chief financial officer, while Fredrik Svederman will join its board in a non-executive role.

Gaming affiliate RakeTech Group has announced that Anna Nilsson is to become its new chief financial officer, while Fredrik Svederman will join its board in a non-executive role.

Nilsson, who will oversee financial strategy, joins the company from MTGx Digital Ventures, where she also served as chief financial officer.

Earlier in her career, Nilsson worked in financial roles at EY, Phone House and Truecaller.

“I’m really looking forward to starting a new challenge and joining the ambitious team at RakeTech; my focus will be developing new initiatives and providing acquisition guidance to reinforce the company’s growth strategy,” Nilsson said.

Svederman spent the last six years working as chief financial officer at Evolution Gaming and previously served in the same role at Nordnet.

Michael Holmberg, chief executive of RakeTech, added: “The new additions to our senior management team have proven credentials in business leadership and development, as well as experience in handling mergers and acquisitions.

“We are experiencing extraordinary growth at RakeTech; the knowledge that Anna and Fredrik possess will add a lot of value to continue our sustained growth in to the future.”
