The Dutch National Lottery (Nationale Loterij) has announced it is to introduce separate online accounts for lottery and sports betting, ahead of the country launching its regulated online gambling market next year.
The Netherlands’ Board of Appeals for Business has rejected an appeal against the merger of the Nederlandse Staatsloterij (SENS) and Stichting Nationale Sporttotalisator (SNS), which was approved by the nation’s Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) in 2015.
Betclic Everest Group subsidiary Bet-at-home said the summer’s packed sporting schedule positively impacted its performance in the third quarter, though revenue for the year to date remains below 2019 levels.
