Pennsylvania fines operator for underage VGT gambling
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has issued Pilot Travel Centers with a fine of $45,000 (£36,716/€42,307) for underage gambling at one of its video gaming terminals (VGT) locations in the state.
