Betgenius, Unikrn link up for in-play esports betting push

Sportsbook technology firm Betgenius has joined forces with esports bookmaker Unikrn on a new project to offer more in-play betting options on esports events.

Under the deal, Betgenius will provide Unikrn with an in-play betting product, automated prices for esports competitions.

Unikrn customers will be able to place in-play bets on events based on leading esports games such as ‘League of Legends’, ‘DotA 2’, ‘CS:GO’, ‘Call of Duty’ and ‘Overwatch’.

“There is no doubt that legal, regulated wagering is a blossoming frontier in esports and we are proud to offer our customers with not only the most engaging product on the market but also the most secure,” Unikrn chief executive Rahul Sood said.

“This could only be achieved by partnering with a leading supplier with the utmost integrity. Betgenius was the clear choice.”
