Betradar has adapted its Virtual Euro Cup product and launched a new offering in the form of ‘Nations Cup’.
An international competition played by 24 national teams, Nations Cup provides 70-minute tournament cycles and more than 1,000 betting opportunities per contest.
The new product, based on Virtual Euro Cup that was released just before Uefa Euro 2016, features the highest-ranked teams from around the world, with each side modeled to reflect their real world strengths and weaknesses.
Neale Deeley, managing director for virtual gaming at Betradar, said: “Over 20 operators launched our Euro Cup version prior to kick off in France.
“Interest from punters was exceptional with overall stakes on virtual football up almost 30% on the previous month.
“The Nations Cup builds on that success by delivering high quality virtual football in a way that is built for betting.”
