FSB Technology has agreed a deal to provide an online sports betting platform to independent retailer Bruce Betting.

Platform provider FSB has designed a bespoke web and mobile service for the firm, which has a network of shops across the Republic of Ireland.

Bruce Betting will also be able to access to FSB’s casino platform, which features content from developers such as Realistic Games and Microgaming.

In addition, Bruce Betting will have access to FSB’s CRM tools that let operating partners tailor bonus offers and betting incentives to individual customers.

“We’re very excited about the prospect of the new site and the app that goes with it and believe FSB's tailored approach will go down well with our customers,” Bruce Betting’s Eamon Byrne said.

“We now have the right tools to deliver a top class betting experience across all channels and are very confident we’ll be able to offer a competitive product alongside the larger brands.”

Richard Thorp, business development director at FSB, added: “We’re very pleased to work with Bruce Betting, our managed solution will enable them to refine their online offer, whilst maintaining the customer-friendly approach that has made them popular.”
