Daily fantasy sports (DFS) firm Oulala has revealed plans to expand its presence in Latin America by offering its platform to Argentinean football clubs.

Having recently expanded into Australasia and the Indian sub-continent, Oulala said it is keen to extended its reach further into Latin America, where fantasy sports are not yet regulated.

The platform will initially be made available to clubs in Argentina, although the operator is hoping to target players in Brazil, Colombia and Mexico as well.

Oulala will also work with Argentine entrepreneur Sebastian Pino as part of the move.

Valery Bollier, chief executive of Oulala, said: “LATAM markets are incredibly competitive, with very few operators, so I think that our interactive platform with live in-play features is a perfect alternative for daily fantasy football fans.

“Let's not forget those who are accustomed to sports betting and are simply looking for a different product that allows them to really put their skills to the test.”
