Gaming Innovation Group (GIG) and its holistic platform provider iGaming Cloud (iGC) have launched ‘iGC Insights’, a new reporting and guided analytics platform for its online gaming partners.

iGC said that the new offering will enable partners to “drive data discovery” with visualisations through a self-service BI approach, with data set out via tables, charts, scatter plots, tree and geographical maps to facilitate fact-based business decisions.

The iGC Insights platform also contains the ‘Casino Dashboard’, which will enable users to analyse data from different perspectives.

iGC said it will be expanding the suite and releasing more dashboards, as well as on-request and scheduled reports, over the coming months.

Aaron Xuereb, chief data officer at iGC, added: “Information is everything and knowledge is power; fully utilising our state-of-the-art data platform, iGC Insights is all about providing users with a powerful tool to visualise and explore their data.”

Tony O’Mahony, chief product officer at iGC, also said: “Building such great working relationships with our operator customers allows iGC to deeply understand their needs.

“We were very happy to include our customers in the design and development process and provide them with a customisable analytics solution, which is tailored to their needs.”
