Princess Casino launches in Romania with Finnplay

Princess Casino has linked up with igaming platform technology and services provider Finnplay to launch its new online casino brand in the regulated Romanian market.

Built on Finnplay’s Titan platform, the new Princess Casino site will offer players in the country access to a range of online casino content.

The Finnplay platform is permitted to operate in Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Hungary, Malta, Mexico, Sweden and the UK, as well as in Romania.

“Princess Casino is a brand new project aiming very high; therefore, we were aware from the very beginning that we needed a partner we could trust it would deliver fast and bend to our ambitious needs,” Princess Casino’s CRM director Daniela Asaftei said.

Finnplay’s chief marketing officer Erkki Nikunen added: “Princess Casino is an elegantly crafted site with an intelligent design to optimise traffic and engagement. We were especially pleased to achieve Princess Casino’s goal of a very fast delivery and time to market.”

Last month, Romania’s National Gambling Office (ONJN) added a 20 further sites to its blacklist of unauthorised online gambling websites.

The websites, including one from Bet365, must be blocked by internet service providers in the country.
