Zitro picks up first video bingo licence in Malta

Zitro Interactive has become the first company to acquire a licence for video bingo games from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).

Zitro Interactive has become the first company to acquire a licence for video bingo games from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).

The class four licence will enable Zitro to offer its games to online casino firms around the world, with the company to make announcements in regards to new partnerships in the coming months.

Zitro, which operates the ‘World of Bingo’ social casino platform, holds a host of licences and certificates, including a number granted by top-level consultancies such as PWC, Deloitte and BMM.

Sebastián Salat, chief executive of Zitro, said: “Zitro is committed to its objective of being amongst the top companies in the gaming industry, and this includes expanding our presence online.

“The licence granted by the Maltese authorities is a very significant advance towards this objective.”
