Kiron launches first virtual sports games in Spain with Wanabet
Kiron Interactive has become the first provider to launch virtual sports games in the Spanish market after it entered into a partnership with online gambling operator Wanabet.
Under the deal, Kiron will utilise its BetMan RGS platform to supply R. Franco Digital-owned Wanabet with virtual games such as football and both horse and greyhound racing.
The agreement also covers the provision of racing roulette and other numbers games.

This week, Spanish regulator Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ) revealed the country’s gambling market produced €7.77bn (£6.57bn/$8.48bn) in gross gaming revenue (GGR) in 2018 with the online sector rising 22.5% to bring in GGR of €812.0m.
Online gambling revenue was up 22.5% year-on-year on €17.82bn worth of stakes. Revenue of €365.3m was produced from online betting, leading to a total of €850.6m in betting revenue, up 13.4%, on €9.31bn worth of bets.
