We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our global affiliate marketing function as the Head of Affiliates (DACH region). .

• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the affiliate strategy, building and managing key partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing team.
  
• This role requires a strong commercial mindset, extensive experience in affiliate or performance marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to optimize campaigns and partnerships to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience managing affiliate partnerships across the DACH region.
• Previous team leadership or people management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• German or French language skills are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
