I am looking for a motivated Quality Manager to join my client’s team at their Parma office.

The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous development of our management system, ensuring compliance with international standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications

• University degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level).
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Certification in quality auditing or a related field is considered a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop, including the modification or extension of, the ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065, and ISO/IEC 17021-1 standards within the CAB management system, as well as related accreditation activities.
• Coordinate and oversee the company’s entire management system, ensuring that all procedures comply with the applicable standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities and manage relationships with accreditation bodies, consultants, and contracted auditors.
• Manage non-conformities and implement appropriate corrective actions.
