Game Mathematician – Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)

Here at Pentasia, we are exclusively partnered with an industry-leading iGaming studio assisting them on their search for a Game Mathematician to join their team in Warsaw.

What You’ll Do:

• Design game math for original titles and adapt proven land-based games.
• Build and maintain math documentation – models, game logic, PAR sheets, and client-facing materials
• Validate outcomes using Excel, programming, and proprietary simulation tools

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Mathematician within the iGaming industry 
• Must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Poland.
