Kongebonus unveils Norway’s first Complaints Resolution Centre for online casino players
Designed to make complaint handling more transparent, the public-facing hub gives Norwegian players a structured way to submit issues, receive updates and communicate directly with the Kongebonus team as their case progresses.
Open and verified cases will be visible to site users, while historical cases will remain available to browse, giving players a clearer view of recurring issues, previous outcomes and how casinos respond when complaints are raised.
Complaint data will also be added to individual casino reviews, including the number of complaints received and how many have been resolved. Each casino will receive a resolution rate, with badges awarded to operators that maintain a 100% resolution rate and no active cases over a set period.
The launch builds on Kongebonus’ established operator relationships, using that access to help players raise issues more effectively while encouraging faster, more meaningful responses from casinos.
David Nilsen, editor-in-chief at Kongebonus, said: “Player complaints should not disappear into private inboxes where nobody else can see what happened. By bringing complaints into the open, we want to give players more useful information before they choose where to play and encourage greater accountability from operators.
“Kongebonus has always helped players behind the scenes, but the Complaints Resolution Centre gives that work a more visible and practical format. For us, this is a step towards a more open and helpful market, where complaints are easier to raise, easier to follow and harder to ignore.”
The Complaints Resolution Centre is now live on the Kongebonus website at https://www.kongebonus.com/klage/.
