FlowPlay launches free-to-play Ready Set Bet
FlowPlay has announced the launch of Ready Set Bet, a new free-to-play game that enables punters to place wagers on sports events in real-time.
Available through FlowPlay’s social casino ‘Vegas World’, players can place a bet on any drive in progress during all live American football games, with the chance to win a virtual payout.
Players are able to join at any point of a live game and bet as innings or drives take place, with any virtual currency won converted into a points and an overall winner declared at the end of the season.
Ready Set Bet will be expanded to include other sports when their seasons begin.
Derrick Morton, chief executive of FlowPlay, said: “The current landscape of fantasy football in the US allows for weekly, at most daily options to place sports bets.
“Armchair quarterbacks everywhere now have a third option to make proposition bets in real-time as they watch games live.
“While the pay-off may not be real-money, Ready Set Bet does leave plenty of room for bragging rights and, for the first time, truly connects fantasy friends from around the world in one place online to also brag in real-time.”
