Relax Gaming has been granted a B2B supplier licence in the regulated Romanian market.

The new licence will enable the company to provide its range of casino games via its Silver Bullet platform.

Relax will also deliver bingo and poker games through its operating partners.

Patrik Österåker, chief executive of Relax, said: “Moving into new regulated markets is a natural step for Relax and part of our growth strategy.

“We are very pleased to have been granted a licence in Romania, which is an attractive and growing market for us.

“The licence allows Relax to support our valued partners as they retain and grow their presence in this important jurisdiction.”

Meanwhile, Net Entertainment (NetEnt) has announced the launch of its games in the country after acquiring a licence earlier this year.

Enrico Bradamante, chief of European market operations and managing director of NetEnt Malta, said: “We keep delivering on our global growth strategy by strengthening our position on regulated markets and we are very pleased that our popular games are now also available in Romania.”
