Rush Street Gaming names Baumann as new COO

US casino operator Rush Street Gaming has appointed Ron Baumann as its new chief operating officer.

Baumann joins the company having most recently served as regional president for Caesars Entertainment, overseeing operations at Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack and at Horseshoe Casino Baltimore.

Prior to his time with Caesars, Baumann was general manager of the Harrah’s facility in Philadelphia, as well as assistant general manager at various properties in Atlantic City.

Greg Carlin, chief executive of Rush Street Gaming, said: “I’ve known Ron for several years, and he has consistently demonstrated a capacity to take on expanding roles and responsibilities.

“With another Rush Street casino opening soon in Schenectady (New York), it’s the perfect time to have Ron join our team.”
