Enteractive, the leader in player reactivation and retention for the igaming industry, will be expanding activities for Ellmount Group with new reactivation campaigns for the CasinoRoom brand, in addition to existing activity for its HighRoller brand. 

Following impressive conversion rates of more than 35% across both reactivation and NRC campaigns for HighRoller since starting in November, Ellmount Group has now entered into a new partnership with Enteractive to begin one-to-one call campaigns for its main brand CasinoRoom across seven markets.

With Enteractive’s proprietary tech (Re)Activation Cloud platform, Ellmount Group was impressed by the easy and seamless integration of their player databases to Enteractive’s teams, allowing native-speaking call agents to personalise outreach to lapsed player databases.
