A well-established and fast-growing digital entertainment group in the Philippines is looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of their online casino product.

• This is a high-impact individual contributor role sitting at the heart of the business, responsible for the casino lobby, game discovery, bonuses, gamification, and the end-to-end player experience that drives engagement, retention, and revenue.
• You’ll own the casino roadmap end to end, working closely with game aggregators and studios, payments, CRM, compliance, and engineering to ship features that move real KPIs.
• Day to day that means prioritising a backlog, writing clear specs, managing aggregator integrations (think Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw), defining bonus and promo mechanics, and keeping everything compliant in a regulated market.
• This is a role for someone who’s done it before, not a stepping stone into casino product.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in product management, with at least 2 years owning a casino or iGaming product at an operator or aggregator
• Hands-on experience across lobby/game discovery, bonusing, or gamification
• Comfortable managing aggregator integrations and certification flows
• Strong analytics fluency and a data-first approach to prioritisation
• At ease in a regulated environment, working alongside compliance and responsible gaming teams
