• Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days at home.
• Full time.
• Salary – EUR35-42K + Benefits.

The Role

As a PSP Reconciliation Specialist . you’ll be ensuring payment transactions are accurately reconciled between PSPs, internal systems and settlement files while being a part of a friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily PSP reconciliations across multiple payment providers.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks, settlement variances and missing transactions using SQL and Excel.
• Reconcile settlements, fees and balance sheet accounts at month-end.
• Resolve unmatched transactions with internal stakeholders and PSPs.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and identify trends or risks.
• Support improvements to reconciliation tools, controls and processes.

What they’re Looking For

Essential

• Previous PSP reconciliation experience.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.

Desirable

• Experience within iGaming, fintech or financial services.
• Knowledge of PSP settlements, wallets, fees and chargebacks.
