Baden-Württemberg state lottery added to German white list

Baden-Württemberg's state lottery, Staatliche Toto-Lotto Baden-Württemberg, has been authorised to offer online slots in Germany.
Being placed on the white paper gives operators permission to operate in Germany. Operators are authorised to conduct play under certain licences, with lottery licences, horse racing betting licences and sports betting licences among those available.
The white list came about with the establishment of Germany’s regulator Gemeinsamen Glücksspielbehörde der Länder (GGL), which occurred in December 2022 as a result of Germany’s Fourth State Treaty on Gambling.
Staatliche Toto-Lotto Baden-Württemberg will operate slots under the domain Lotto.bw.de.
The state lottery joins 888, Ladbrokes and Tipico as other operators on the list.
Last week, Netbet was added to the slots licences section of the white list.
