Denmark’s financial regulator said the payments firm had violated anti-money laundering lesiglation by failing to uphold due diligence on its iGaming customers.
Trannel International, a subsidiary of Kindred Group, has been ordered to cease operations in Norway after being found in breach of national igaming regulations by the Norwegian Gaming Authority (Lottstift). Kindred continues to maintain that the regulator has no legal authority to shut down its activities in the country, and will appeal the ruling.
Sports betting services provider Kambi Group has agreed a deal to supply its sportsbook platform to William Hill in the regulated Swedish market. The bookmaker is in the process of establishing its brand in the country having rebranded Evoke Gaming's RedBet.se site as WilliamHill.se.
Swedish regulator Spelinspektionen has fined Aspire Global SEK3m (£247,450/€285,630/$321,410) for failing to adhere to self-exclusion regulations in the country.
