The Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) has published a new draft rule which states that to be eligible for an online gambling licence, an operator must have refrained from offering online games of chance to Dutch consumers for two years.
The Dutch gambling market generated a collective €2.05bn (£1.84bn/$2.31bn) in revenue in 2018, marking the first time that the national sector surpassed the €2bn landmark.
