Virginia Lottery awards 26 sports betting vendor licences

The Virginia Lottery has issued 26 sports betting vendor licences to affiliates, payment providers and data suppliers ahead of the launch of the state's regulated sports wagering market.
Better Collective, Facebook, MediaTroopers, PayPal, Paysafecard, Simple Bet, Skrill, Sportradar and The Action Network were among the successful applicants approved for licences.
Aristotle International, CAMS, Catena Operations, CBS Interactive, Continent 8, Cyxtera Communications, Lineups.com, Media Players US, Occupy Fantasy and Onfido were also approved to operate in the state.
Other licensees included Outkick Media, PayNearMe, Paysafe Merchant Services, Sightline Payments, SportsContentCo, SWIMA and Topgolf Media, as well as KAX Media America, the US subsidiary of affiliate marketing giant Gambling.com Group.
