Betsson hands new vice-president role to Lundén

Betsson has appointed Fredric Lundén to the newly-created position of vice-president governance, risk and compliance.

Betsson has appointed Fredric Lundén to the newly-created position of vice-president governance, risk and compliance.

Lundén will be tasked with ensuring that the company invests “ethically and long-term” in relation to regulatory risks and opportunities.

Due to take up the new position on September 1, Lundén previously worked for SEB and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

In addition, Betsson has promoted Petra Zackrisson to the role of vice-president corporate development.

Zackrisson has served in a business development position at Betsson Malta since 2013.

Ulrik Bengtsson, chief executive and president of Betsson, said: “The development of the gaming industry means great opportunities for Betsson.
