Jarvis to replace Burnett as Ladbrokes Australia CMO

Ladbrokes Australia has announced that James Burnett has left his role as chief marketing officer, with Simon Jarvis being appointed as his replacement.

Ladbrokes Australia has announced that James Burnett has left his role as chief marketing officer, with Simon Jarvis being appointed as his replacement.

According to the Adnews.com.au website, Burnett, who had had held the position for three years, will take a short break before looking for a new job.

Burnett joined the firm when it operated under the name ‘Gaming Investments’, before it was given the Ladbrokes brand following its takeover by the UK-based company in September 2013.

He will now be replaced by Jarvis, who most recently served as general manager of marketing for Australis College.

Jarvis has also worked for agencies such as BCM, BMF and Draft FCB.
