Playtech BGT Sports (PBS) has moved to expand its partnership with the retail arm of Coral.
Under the enhanced agreement, PBS has deployed its proprietary software onto more than 450 existing tablet-based betting terminals across the Coral UK estate.
PBS said the arrangement will enable a “seamless multi-channel experience” and, with terminals placed in front of television, will also boost in-play experience.
“We believe strongly in utilising best-in-class technologies and PBS deliver us the best digital, retail offering around, providing an improved experience for our sportsbook customers,” Ladbrokes Coral retail commercial director Richard Lang said.
John Pettit, managing director UK, Ireland and Australia at PBS, added: “Our terminals and software solutions are re-shaping the betting shop industry as bookmakers realise the benefits of digitising the retail space, both to their bottom line and their user experience.”
