Debate: (How) should AI engage high-value players?
This is an iGB webinar to be hosted live on September 24th, 3pm GMT (10am EDT). Click here to register now.
VIP service has traditionally been built around the rule that your highest-value customers get a white-glove service, while communications with less lucrative players are automated. How will that model stack up in the AI age?
VIPs expect instant responses and seamless recognition across channels as part of a highly personalised experience managed by a dedicated host. But scaling that while managing the regulatory risks associated with high-value customers is hard.
This webinar will ask tough questions around the place of AI in VIP operations. It will bring together VIP managers, AI specialists and other key stakeholders to map where AI can create value without undermining the gracious, attentive, traditionally human experience that makes VIP management work.
In this iGB webinar, organised in partnership with Comm100, panelists will be asked three point-blank questions central to the topic – one touching on how far AI should go, one on where humans excel vs AI, and one on governance. Guests will then debate their answers amid a series of natural follow-up questions. Expect disagreement.
The three central questions:
- If Drake was your client, would you let an AI agent talk to him?
- Who is more likely to protect a VIP from a bad decision: A human or an AI agent?
- Who should be accountable internally if a VIP has a poor experience with AI?
