New service will target customers in regulated markets worldwide

White Hat Gaming has joined forces with Kambi Group for the latest stage of its expansion strategy by adding sports betting services to its offering for the first time.

The two companies have signed a commercial partnership whereby White Hat will integrate the Kambi sportsbook into its proprietary platform.

White Hat customers will also be able to add Kambi’s sports betting service to their own offering, should they be “appropriate and strategically viable”.

Marc Weinberg, chief marketing officer at White Hat, said the link-up with Kambi fits in with the company’s focus on only working with customers in regulated markets.

He said: “Prospective clients are drawn to White Hat Gaming because they recognise that we are a best-in-class full-service platform, focused on regulated markets with a core business built around combining commercial optimisation with rigorous regulatory compliance.

“By partnering with Kambi […] we are able to continue to expand our offering and to do so alongside a company clearly aligned with our values and vision for the future.”

Kristian Nylén, chief executive of Kambi, also said: “In teaming-up with White Hat Gaming, not only have we added another quality platform and gaming option, we have partnered with a company that shares our unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance and corporate probity.”

The partnership also represents another step forward for Kambi, which has been actively pursuing growth opportunities in the US sports betting market following the repeal of PASPA.

In August, Kambi linked up with DraftKings and Resorts Casino Hotel to launch the first online and mobile sportsbook in New Jersey. Kambi is also partnering with 888 in the state.

Outside of the US and Kambi is also working with Swedish horseracing betting operator ATG to support its first venture into online gambling, Last week, ATG also signed new deals Yggdrasil and NetEnt.
