Novomatic has announced that it will proceed with its proposed acquisition of a 53% stake in Ainsworth Game Technology (AGT) after securing approval from minority shareholders in the firm.
The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has reported a year-on-year increase in revenue for the 12 months to December 31, 2015, with executive chairman Joseph Cuschieri describing the year as “intensive and rewarding” for the country.
