How RedCore turned in-house technology into products for the wider digital market
Nobody sets out to build a fragmented technology stack. It accumulates one requirement at a time; a specialist is brought in to acquire traffic, then another for communications, then one for payments and another for fraud detection. Each may do its job well in isolation, but it also arrives with its own contract, integration and support channel, plus one more potential point of failure.
It is one of the industry’s most familiar paradoxes. Businesses adopt specialist technology to move faster, then spend more and more of their time making separate systems, suppliers and datasets work together.
Built for the group’s own needs first
RedCore‘s approach comes out of its own extensive history. The international business group has more than ten years of expertise, and today develops products across iGaming, fintech, martech/adtech, e-commerce, RegTech and B2C platform services.
Most of those ten years were spent in one of the most high-load and highly regulated industries in the digital economy, where an error in data processing, platform stability or regulatory compliance hits a business’s revenue and reputation immediately.
“Strong partnerships are built on much more than an attractive offer.”
When no solution on the market could meet the group’s own requirements for speed, stability and security, RedCore built proprietary technology to close the gap. Over time, it became clear that other digital businesses were facing the same need. Today, the group creates technology-driven products and services for the broader digital industry, designed to strengthen business potential and unlock new opportunities for growth.
Seven brands along one operational chain
The business group today brings together seven brands: Frogo, PIN-UP Partners, Riddick’s Partners, mr.Booster, Pay.Partners, CommsHub and Talk with Us. Each brand is designed to address a specific task, forming the links of a single operational chain, from traffic acquisition to fraud protection. RedCore tells iGB that thanks to its intentional design and proprietary infrastructure, the brands together offer more than the sum of their parts.
Traffic
Acquiring the right customers is the first challenge for any business looking to grow. PIN-UP Partners is a global affiliate programme and a direct iGaming advertiser with ten years in the market. Its team works across GEOs in the CIS and LatAm, helping partners scale their traffic with strong offers, predictive ROI models, detailed analytics, in-house expertise and support during testing. Meanwhile, Riddick’s Partners is a multi-vertical partner network with exclusive offers that brings together top webmasters and advertisers to attract high-quality traffic.
Alex Riddick, chief executive and founder of PIN-UP Partners and Riddick’s Partners, says: “Over ten years, we’ve learned that strong partnerships are built on much more than an attractive offer. Across our brands, we combine clear numbers, reliable payouts, traffic expertise, analytics, marketing tools, and teams that understand how to turn acquisition into sustainable growth.
“Each brand covers a different part of that process, but they all share the same goal: to help partners make better decisions, test new directions, and scale with more confidence.”
Marketing
Traffic is only valuable if it converts efficiently. mr.Booster is a full-cycle marketing agency and AdTech provider with key digital tools for business growth across every stage of the funnel, from awareness and acquisition to audience re-engagement and control over branded search results. It is designed to combine expertise in media buying, SEO and in-house production with its own AdTech/MarTech tools, including a dashboard with real-time statistics, the retargeting platform Retarg, a pixel and an analytics system.
For mr.Booster chief executive Leonid Pudov, keeping those functions under one roof reduces the loss of control that can occur when responsibility for a campaign is split among several agencies.
“A brand doesn’t need ten different contractors, each responsible for a small piece of the funnel,” Pudov says. “It needs a reliable partner who understands the business as a whole, from creative and media buying to analytics. We work with verticals where the stakes are high.
“We know how to enter new geo’s, how to protect a brand from traffic interception, and how to get the most out of every channel. Mr.Booster covers the entire cycle, which is why campaigns scale quickly and predictably, without losing control at the points where different contractors overlap.”
Payments
Pay.Partners serves media buyers and webmasters, bringing virtual cards, crypto processing and agency accounts into a single interface for simple operations management and accounting. The platform’s priority is to simplify every client-facing process, from conducting transactions to tracking and accounting for them, through transparent pricing, fast onboarding and a clear interface.
Fraud prevention
Growth also brings greater exposure to fraud. Arguably one of the group’s most well-known brands, Frogo is an all-in-one fraud prevention and risk management platform for businesses of any kind. It combines device fingerprinting, a scoring engine with static and dynamic triggers, an AI module and graph-based forensic tools.
The company has been vocal about its ability to go beyond just preventing losses, looking at how risk management can be a driver of growth. Volodymyr Todurov, chief executive of Frogo, tells iGB the product started life inside the group but has grown into something bigger.
“Frogo was originally created as an internal tool for iGaming,” he notes. “There were ready-made solutions on the market, but they simply did not meet our needs in terms of flexibility and functionality, and could not cover all our requirements. It quickly became clear that the product’s logic was universal: e-commerce, fintech, and CRM face the same fraud patterns, just in different forms.
“We don’t chase fraud but we stay one step ahead of it, and that is the key difference between us and most solutions on the market.”
Communications
CommsHub is a unified platform for mass messaging and service notifications that brings SMS, messengers and flash calls together in one system. It is built for companies with high volumes of customer communications, where stability, speed and cost control are critical, and gives them control and transparency across the process.
Viktoriia Yefimenko, chief product officer of CommsHub, explains: “The ideology behind CommsHub is to make the complexity of communication infrastructure invisible to businesses. We don’t just bring SMS, messengers, and Flashcalls together on one platform. We not only give industry partners the full freedom to choose the best routes, scale easily and control all your communications in one place – our smart routing systems also actively save you money by optimising every single message and call.”

Connected at the architecture level
The architecture is designed to enable the brands to work as one system. Traffic comes from PIN-UP Partners and Riddick’s Partners, communications from CommsHub, payments from Pay.Partners and fraud protection from Frogo; the links between them were designed into the architecture from the outset. Clients do not need to connect these solutions themselves, because that work has already been done at group level.
RedCore’s argument to partners follows from this: specialist capabilities become more valuable when they are accessed through a group built to make them work together.
Building a bridge between the industry and regulators
RedCore‘s expertise extends beyond products for businesses to dialogue with governments. RegTech is one of the group’s areas of work: RedCore says it acts as a technology-driven intermediary between governments, operators and users that combines regulatory expertise with technological solutions.
Marina Ilina, chief executive and founder of RedCore, says: “RegTech is not about restrictions but it’s a win-win strategy. We know which tools will work and regulate the market and which will simply create challenges for operators without delivering real value to the government.
“Applying our experience as a partner means helping governments gain a faster and deeper understanding of the market while implementing the technological solutions needed to manage it effectively.”
RedCore’s expertise in products and in dialogue with regulators draws on the same decade of hands-on experience. The technology the group first built for its own needs is now available to the broader digital industry.
