Virgin Las Vegas strike persists through F1, highlighting tricky history of unions in the city
The second annual Formula One (F1) Las Vegas Grand Prix came and went last week (21-23 November) with much less fanfare than last year. One example of this is the fact that the Culinary Union’s strike at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas did not result in a new deal before or during the race.
