Lottery.com teams up with Manchester City, NYCFC
Mobile lottery company Lottery.com has agreed a partnership with English Premier League football team Manchester City and its sister club, Major League Soccer outfit New York City FC.
Under the agreement, Lottery.com has been named the official digital lottery partner of the teams and its users will have a chance to win unique experiences with both clubs.
Lottery.com will be the presenting partner of a special Manchester City viewing party in the US. Meanwhile, in Manchester, fans will have the opportunity to win hospitality tickets for City matches and a VIP tour of the club’s Etihad Stadium.
Lottery.com chief executive Tony DiMatteo said: “With loyal fans across the United States and the rest of the world, we have an amazing opportunity to provide our users with once in a lifetime experiences.”
Lottery.com is the domain leader in delivering officially sanctioned games of chance to mobile phones.
Utilising the company’s mobile lottery platform, Lottery.com recently launched the sale of its Security Token Offering surrounding the company’s global impact raffle platform, a web and app-based service that claims to offer a unique approach to mass-scale philanthropy.
Appealing to players of games of chance, donations made to humanitarian causes also opt players into regionally appropriate games that provides multiple rewards to winners, including cash prizes, increasing awareness, participation, and donations.
Lottery.com is seeking to build the largest worldwide charitable platform, in partnership with global partners such as Manchester City and New York City FC.
For Manchester City, the Lottery.com deal comes after it partnered with Marathonbet in June. Marathonbet signalled its “intention as a global brand” after becoming the Premier League champion’s first-ever global betting partner.
Commencing from the 2018-19 season, Marathonbet is providing the matchday betting offering at the Etihad Stadium, along with exclusive digital content themed around the first team fixtures and pre-match previews.
Marathonbet had been the partner of City’s local rivals, Manchester United, until May.
