Italy budget: Higher slot tax, double stakes and concessions to 2029

The budget bill sent to parliament raises Italy’s slot and VLT levy, doubles slot stakes and prizes, and extends land-based concessions to 2029. It is expected to raise about €952m in 2027, according to the bill’s technical estimates.
